In this piece, I I explored a different approach to the art-making process. Instead of having a specific vision for the final result, I adapted to the evolving needs of the piece. I started by painting the paper with acrylic ink using broad brush strokes. Next, I cut pieces out of the painted paper and reassembled them at various angles, creating a sense of movement and rhythm. Finally, I used pen to unify the composition.

To me, creativity means trusting my instincts and doing what feels right, rather than adhering to what is traditionally said to be right. It’s about responding to the needs of the piece in the moment and embracing my own unique style and perspective to create something authentic and personal.
