  • This piece is derived from the fruit of my frustration with American politics. Most recently, the outcome of the 2024 presidential election. My goal was to highlight the hardships women are subjected to at the hands of male leadership. Too long have men interjected in issues regarding women - those of which they’ve never had experience first hand. In the wake of the overturning of Roe v Wade combined with the outcome of this election, my faith in this country has shaken to a point where I desperately needed an outlet to air out my fears and anger. This piece allowed me the opportunity to do just that, as well as touch others who relate to my words and feelings throughout these uncertain times.
