This solo was half choreographed and half improv. It was a push out my comfort zone to create half the piece while on the stage but it allowed me to share my feelings with the audience in their rawest form. This piece was incredibly special to work on because it consisted of a lot of trial and error, causing a lot of frustration at times. However, those frustrations taught me how strong perseverance truly is. What made the dance even more beautiful is that it was performed on different nights, so the audience never experienced the same ending. It was an absolute joy to create and perform.
