  I wrote three poems all about personal experiences I tried not to submit any about sensitive topics but one deals with diet culture.

  Creativity is self expression I believe we all have a little bit of creativity inside us and most of us want to use that to help others but by reaching out and expressing yourself you may find people who understand you or help someone in your position feel seen.
