• Artist Statement

  My photo explored the confidence of my model, during the process of taking the photo I had her do many exaggerated poses. The pictures came out good, but they all had a sense of awkwardness. As I directed her to start doing more simple poses, I realized that less is more, and the photos came out ten times better, and they display confidence.
