Blurry People on the Pier

I drove out to Pacifica in San Francisco at around 10pm to try and capture a dark, hazy, and mysterious seaside-esque picture. After about 20 minutes of shooting with a tripod I finally captured an image of the people walking down the pier blurred, whilst also keeping the foreground sharp and detailed.

Creativity means imagining and exploring new angles and approaches to things, making more than one attempt at something, and not following a script or a plan. Just being yourself and letting ideas flow as you go.
