Our film, “A Dark Future” highlights the negative impacts of light pollution on human health and wildlife. This project also includes practical solutions, such as advocating for effective light pollution ordinances to create a darker planet and a brighter future. In our group of 4, we spend 8 weeks researching, writing, planning, recording and editing our project. We held interviews, wrote a research paper and collaborated effectively in order to produce our project which warns the audience about the dangers of light pollution.

Being able to act upon ideas: when you think of a good idea for something, it’s easy to do that. But the actual part of being creative is making that idea work in the context that you are thinking about it.
