• Artist Statement

  In my sustained investigation focused on shadows, I took a picture of my dad holding a lightsaber in the middle of his face. I wanted to create the illusion that the darkness behind him was engulfing him to the point where only the lightsaber was the only source of light illuminating him and the picture itself.

  Creativity means being able to express your own personality and interests in different types of art forms, and showing yourself through other representations.
