• Artist Statement

  Given an opportunity to try watercolor, I was initially intimidated by the complexity. I was concerned about staying within the lines, attempting to follow my outlines to the T. Utilizing such a messy medium, it was only a matter of time I embraced the chaos.

• Creative Statement

  Creativity allows me to add a touch of “me” in everything. Creativity challenges me to learn from artists as opposed to simply mimicking their work. Creativity shapes my drawings, it allows me to critique my own work and best of all? One day, I’ll be able to construct my designs.
