The painting is of me and my older sibling. It is about the innocence of childhood and the playfulness children hold in their faces and personalities. My artwork is meant to show the color that kids contain and spread. The painting is intended to make the viewer look all around the painting and draw their eye to the color and visible brush strokes.

I think creativity is how you express yourself to others and the world. Creativity is something that can be harnessed to help generate something. I see creativity as as a way for someone to think outside the box.
