• Artist Statement

  This is a personal piece to me, apart of this writing is from an essay I did entitled Sex, Money, Drugs, and Jesse Pinkman, but for the purpose of keeping it within length guidelines I edited and reworked it into this. I don’t exactly have a picture perfect family. And my father is not someone who i keep in my life anymore. As a child i was exposed to drugs, and so when i first watched the show Breaking Bad, Jesse pinkman reminded me of my father. And then i wrote an essay about it.

• Creative Statement

  There’s nothing expected of you within creativity, it’s the one place I can express myself without expectations or limitations. I’m allowed to be all of who I am when I am creating. It gives me back liberty to be myself.
