This here is a short screenplay titled "Walking On The Wrong Side". The script is the telling of a teenage girl with Asperger's named Jenna. She goes through her day as if she were an artificial being in her own small imagination.
I've been writing screenplays for a while now. I usually do them for fun but around mid-December, I was getting more therapy for my recently diagnosed Autism. I was on the spectrum for a while (since kindergarten) and for some reason, the therapists and parents started to notice. Since then, I thought of utilizing my loose skill of screenwriting to communicate to the audience about Autism (especially Asperger's).
I've done some self-research on the topic but I also added some personal experiences with how I present myself to others. Not only I was inspired by personal experiences, but I was also inspired by the anime character Rei Ayanami who due to being a clone, the character lacked any understanding of communication and emotion.
The whole screenplay is an abstract concept of how a syndrome like Asperger's could affect one's perspective on society. Even if there's nothing wrong with having this syndrome, their social lives are more minimal and their understanding in other are obscure. The character of Jenna is a representation on how some people with mental illnesses find ways to cope. To find ways to understand why they're like this. It's why Jenna imagines herself as if she were artificial.

I've started to use the field of creativity for two things. The first thing is to fill up my mind with endless possibilities whenever I'm bored. I've done a lot of this back when I was a child. The second thing is to use creativity as a way to vent my emotions. To use fictional characters to do so.
