The Seasons, Op. 37a, TH 135 by Tchaikovsky

Anonymous

  • While performing this piece I thought about how Tchaikovsky intended to make an audience feel and pictured a cold night with bright stars in my head while playing. I tried to bring out certain notes to create the feeling of a bright night sky. During the Middle section I imagined strong winds interrupting.

  • I have been active in the arts since I was 6 years old. I love to make digital illustrations, play piano and play violin, and these activities allow me to express myself. I want to be able to understand compositions and the world they are meant to illustrate.
