• Artist Statement

  Medium: iPhone XR Camera

  I was admiring the sunset walk I had taken to detach myself from my social life and went on to be in my own artistic space. I had been enjoying the breeze on my face and looked up to see the golden, bright clouds detaching themselves from the cold, gray clouds, and seeing the sky open up with light and freedom. It filled me with elation to see the divinity in the clouds. I felt relaxed and it is shown in this photograph.

  Exploring and expressing impacts my life because it leads to new connections with people. I understand and discover more when others share their ideas. I enjoy explaining my work to others to show the meaning behind my work and building conversations, mainly with photography and collages.
