• Artist Statement

  During this break, my family and I visited Arizona and went to Saguaro National Park. It's truly breathtaking the way there are mountains, cacti, grasslands, and so many life forms thriving together. We watched the sunset, and I captured this moment where the cacti were watching the sunset with each other as well. There is so much beauty in nature, and it's our home.

• Creative Statement

  Seeing the world around me through a different lens, so to speak, makes me appreciate the beauty and creativity of nature. I can take that creativity to make myself better and see the world in a brighter light.
