Run

When I first began writing "Run", it was for my Creative Writing class at school. I didn't know what I was going to write about at first, but I knew I wanted it to be dark and mysterious. After a couple of days, I finally had my first draft done, and after some peer reviewing and a story review from my teacher, I realized that they all actually liked my work, which made me jump with joy. I love creating/writing, but I never really thought that people would fall in love with it so much. The biggest reasons for why I write is because it's a therapeutic process for me, and it's fun. (Way better than just scrolling through the internet all day in my opinion).
My whole life, I've been told from my family, my teachers, and my friends that the stories I make up are very creative and exciting, but at the same time, I was very shy and thought that people just tried to be nice. Now, as I'm getting older, I'm finding a lot of confidence in myself, and I'm ready for people to see my work. I want people to explore my wild mind and to give me feedback so I can grow more as a writer.

Exploring and expressing my creativity greatly impacts my life because it allows me to clear my mind and to feel at peace, which also helps me to come up with new ideas and to create/think/explore/etc. It means letting my thoughts and ideas spread out into the universe to find connection.
