• Artist Statement

  The title of this piece is "Perspective" and was taken on a DSLR. This photo was taken for a project in my Digital Photography class which was focused on the awareness of light and how it affects your compositions. With this in mind, I went to a park in San Francisco, and started taking photos just before sunset for optimal and drastic lighting conditions. I looked for interesting places to photograph while maintaining good lighting and eventually came up with this. This photo is taken in between two wooden posts with my 9 year old brother in the middle.

• Creative Statement

  Creative expression is one of the most important facets of my life. I love making digital art, visual and auditory. I hope to become a full time digital music producer when I graduate. I also love photography and want to improve at both of these skills over the next few years.
