Mother of Two

Alex Y.

  • I wrote Mother of Two recently for a microfiction project in my creative writing class. It received very positive feedback and now that we are doing this contest I wanted to submit it. This piece is based on my experience in Wilcare which is a wildlife clinic that I volunteer at. I was allowed to feed the baby pigeons and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to write about it.

  • Creativity is the thing that really holds my life together. I always make cards by hand for friends and family and I have greatly improved at sharing my work. Being at an art school constantly allows me to express myself and explore many different mediums when it comes to art.
