Meowy

Perla A.

  • The picture I took is not a dog. It is a cat I call Meowy. While wandering about and breathing in the fresh cool breeze of Marin County, I stumbled upon a cat. The cat came to me and was one of the most friendly I've ever encountered (I don't encounter many cats). I saw this feline's beastly but gorgeous eyes and knew I had to capture them. I like the contrast between Meowy's eyes in the shadow and light in this image as well as the details in the fur.

This was my first and last encounter with Meowy.

  • Wherever I go, I can see through my eyes and mine alone. There are patterns and shapes I see in the world. I like seeing images that can help me imagine new things.
