Little Big Jet

Well, it was quite simple really. My photograph is of a toy jet that is made to look as if it were really flying. It involved going outside at the right time of day and holding up the toy jet high and taking a picture that looked good. The hardest part about taking the photo was the time limit. This day I was lucky enough to get some nice-looking clouds, so I had to take as many pictures as possible before the clouds moved away (After I was done it was clear skies for the rest of the day.) I also had to worry about not getting any trees or overhead wires in the shot as it would take away from the emptier and more spacious look I was going for. After shooting (My arm was very tired) I adjusted the photo to remove the small (But still noticeable) rod I used to hold up the jet. This was done with a simple spot-touch in the windows photo application. Other than that, the photograph is untouched as I was already really happy with the colors of the jet and the sky background.

I enjoy setting up photos because it's like I am setting up a moment frozen in time, and I am trying to capture this moment at its best angle. I like most taking pictures of toys as it is something that you accumulate a lot over the years, and putting them into art makes them seem a lot more special.
