Creative writing is an outlet I use to help record the world around me. Each piece I create references something I have noticed in either myself or the environment that surrounds me. Whether it be poetry or flash fiction, writing displays my thoughts to my community and allows me to share my ideas with others who share the same passions.

Throughout creating art, whether it be creative writing or visual arts, I've always discovered communities of individuals who share the same passions as me. From brainstorming ideas to casually chatting, being immersed in these welcoming communities has given me a support system I'm thankful for.
