• Artist Statement

  I love to garden and take photos of the things that I garden! So, we had these beautiful flowers in our backyard and they are Dahlia's. I thought they were absolutely stunning and wanted to take a few photos. The colors of pink and yellow were so vibrant and beautiful. The pictures show the flower glimmering in the sun and I even did some art work using that same flower as a reference image which is why I love it that photo so much! This is also the reason why I named it Dazzling Dahlia!

• Creative Statement

  Exploring and expressing my creativity impacts my life in many different ways. Taking photos is one of my favorite things to do especially in the Summer and Winter Seasons. I like looking at them later on and seeing what I can do to improve. The pictures bring me so much joy and happiness!
