• Artist Statement

  As I am a person that has a love for nature, during my excursion to an aquarium, I tried to capture what the sea life I observed was feeling. This jellyfish was swimming alone unbothered by the rest of the jellyfish and this caught my eye. I tried to capture this calm, however lonely jellyfish depicting its beauty and even sadness with the dark blue water. This created the final product called Alone at Sea.

• Creative Statement

  Photography truly helps me to express my opinions in a beautiful and unique way. The camera holds an immense amount of power and should be handled with care. I trust in my camera to capture the beauty of nature which helps to give me freedom and a chance to express my true self.
