• Artist Statement

  My photo contains many repeating shapes such as rectangles from the sky and structure. Triangles from the cone and structure. And a trapezoid from the sky. The blue color of the background complements the cone’s orange color and makes it pop out. The angle of the cone also points in the same direction as the structure. The image brings up the question of why is there a cone on top of that structure. The curiosity was my motive to take the photo.

• Creative Statement

  To me, creativity is the ability to see beyond what is already there and to look at it from different angles. It is the creation of ideas that others may not have come up with and to add on/improve what others have already done.
