• Artist Statement

  As I was walking on Haight Street In San Francisco, I noticed a candy shop full of color. I immediately thought that this would be a perfect photo opportunity. I looked at the photo and decided it would better to edit it to emphasize the action happening outside of the store but at the same time, allow for a little peak inside of the shop. It leaves someone who would look at my photo to question what else is inside. I enjoy making people question my work because it forces them to interpret the art in their own different ways.
