A Flower for The Faceless

Dahlia L.

Charcoal pencils on toned paper

  • This piece consists of Charcoal and in the drawing there's a wooden man statue which is painted over with silver paint. As well as multiple flowers, a black vase, and a shell. I combined both smooth and harsher values on this piece, and enjoyed watching my piece turn into something with depth.

  • Creativity is being able to express yourself and your style, and to be able to share that with others. When I feel creative, I'm able to just draw rather than being confined to certain prompts and limitations.
