I made a helmet inspired by the character Nightmare from the SOULCALIBUR Franchise. (This is a recreation of the helmet, I do not own Namco or Project Soul.)
The entire helmet was constructed of mainly recycled cardboard and construction paper and tape. I attached the important parts of the helmet, such as the horn and the wings on the back with hot glue. It was a bit tricky using the hot glue gun but it did the job. I used blue spray paint for the base color of the helmet, then used metallic spray paint for the horn, and carefully hand-painted details using gold acrylic paint and a small round brush. I hand-selected and painted beads to add more detail. This was my first time exploring recycled materials and building 3D art. I really enjoyed it and I would love to do something like this again.
