• Artist Statement

  This piece of art depicts how I always have given so much of my love to everyone around me that on the outside I appear to be so sweet and caring all the time but on the inside sometimes it feels like i forget to take care of my own heart. The theme i based this art piece on was the theme of mental health and how sometimes we focus so much on other people that we forget to take care of ourselves since we’re always looking for a distraction from how we feel.

  Creativity can mean a lot of things, it mostly is based on how you can perceive things and interpret the world around you. It’s a wonderful thing to have the ability to be creative because it means you can think and do whatever you can imagine.
