My artwork aims to symbolize and celebrate the beauty that surrounds us every day. During a recent trip to Portugal with my family, I immersed myself in the scenery, capturing the small joys reflected in the vibrant tiles and paintings on the wall like in this reproduction piece. My pieces are meant to encourage us to slow down in this high-tech, fast-paced life and savor each moment. For instance, pausing to enjoy a morning coffee on a terrace can reveal the soothing sound of chirping birds or the soft breeze of wind. Through my work, I aim to highlight the often-overlooked snapshots of daily life, reminding us that appreciating beauty in the world helps us recognize beauty within ourselves and this short-lived time of ours. As I embark on a new chapter, I’m committed to cherishing the small moments and experiences that life offers.
