My artwork explores the complex relationship between humans and their environment. By blending human faces with architecture, I am trying to convey that we are deeply interconnected with the spaces we inhabit, suggesting that we are not separate from the world around us, but embedded within it, both as silent observers and active participants. This piece is inspired by Georges-Eugène Haussmann’s design of modern Paris, where architecture and human experience are inseparable. At the same time, my work acknowledges the darker side of this connection. The image of cigar smoke merging with chimney smoke to form gray clouds symbolizes human ingenuity, interaction, and the impact we have on the environments we shape. Through this, I reflect both the beauty of coexistence and the consequences of our actions in the urban landscape.

Creativity is a way to express my true self. Drawing helps calm my anxiety, providing a sense of focus and control. It allows me to channel my emotions into something tangible and meaningful, offering clarity and strength to face life’s challenges with a calmer, more centered mind.
