This piece is about the lives of working women dancers. These dancers struggle everyday to provide for themselves and to be able to keep doing the thing they love. When these dancers make the transition from the workplace to the dance studio, they feel the burdens and struggles of the day gradually melt away as their bodies start to move. Women are expected to raise households, provide for the family, and keep their appearances. As they make the transition from the heavy burdens placed on them by society, the worries and pressures of the day are forgotten.

For me, creativity is the capacity to create ways to express human emotion and life into artworks. Artists combine different elements together to make creations that tell stories, and represent feelings. In this piece, heavy movements were characterized at the beginning to show the pressure that society places on women.
