This piece is about a woman crying over her man after a breakup, but throughout the piece she finds this strength and power that ignites in her. This piece shows the evolution of her grief and how she comes to terms with it and ultimately finds the strength to conquer it.

Creativity is the act of an individual choosing to break beyond the set boundaries of something in their mind. In dance it would appear as improv or un-choreographed movement. Improv is not about creating the most "perfect looking" movement, but the internal generation of movement that feels fulfilling for ourselves.
