Calm While a Sun Sets

Took a long time finding the inspiration to draw this piece. I took some walks around my school while I waited for a club to begin or to get picked up, and in my area, I would always watch and see the pretty skies melt much like water colors do when they blend. While the sun has set, it would produce these soft, magnificent pastels. The sky is something I find to be quite calming, and especially with current events that have happened in my personal life, I have liked to listen to music, to think, and look up at the sky to find that sort of serenity once more. The picture depicts a girl who has stepped out from a party or get-together of some sorts and have taken the time to enjoy the fresh air for herself.

Creativity to me is very broad. I like how it allows me to draw out and bring creations to life, essentially; with the concept of storyboarding or comic paneling, stories like those shared across platforms like WEBTOON that are both deep yet enjoyable. I aspire to draw like those pieces.
