I don't think very much of what type of an artist I am. I make many forms of art including film, drawing, painting, sculpting, and writing. I never consider myself a true artist in any of these forms, more like a fan. I'm a fan of many different kinds of arts. All the art that I'm interested in tells a story. Stories have been very important to me growing up. Stories in movies and TV shows, stories in comics and books. I'm such a fan of these stories that I've made my own. All day I'm lost in my mind thinking about stories I've made, thinking about my made up people in my made up places. Whatever these stories are, I try to make sure that they, not only, capture the real world experience, but are also bombastic. Bombastic would be the best word to describe what kind of artist I am. I think that a high concept film that failed is infinitely better than a successful movie that played it safe. So when I was given just 5 minutes to make a film, I could have played it safe and tried to make a simple story, but instead I tried to break the space time continuum. I've always thought that if you feel outside your comfort zone then you're almost there.
Because that's the kind of artist that I am. I am an artist that preys on fear, joy and anger, and I like to make movies.

Exploring creative mediums has helped me find meaning in life. Without art, life would be missing a major component. It's art that has allowed humans to come together and create community, in this way art is everything you interact with and it's my way of interacting with the world.
