My central theme is illustrated: depicting living forms using vibrancy. I used various mediums with continuous line and under-painting techniques and explored repetition with contrasting acrylic colors to emphasize my work’s centered forms of life. The acrylic defines the tiger and portrays an Andy Warhol-inspired background. My process evolved to pen and ink to experiment with bright clashing color combinations. My work is abstract, revised with complex, connected components that bring my art to life and create a symbolic, expressive look. My piece encapsulates my full investigation using all these techniques to highlight the vibrant, contrasting tiger.
