My piece is a visual representation of a form of depressive episodes where I can't get out of bed. Sometimes, I get so stressed out that I'd rather be unconscious than face my problems. These episodes have been a pretty big part of my life recently, so I'd thought that I would capture my emotions in this piece. The woman's face is content, exhibiting the calmness I feel when I'm not dealing with my issues. Her arms and hands are in a pose that looks like she would be tied up, showcasing that she is confined to this position. I mainly wanted to convey that whenever I start to have these depressive phases, it's difficult for me to break my habits because I feel trapped. I titled this piece "Stuck," and it is digital art.

Exploring and expressing my creativity through my art gives me a visual outlet for my thoughts and emotions. Sometimes I'm bad at expressing myself through words or actions, so I use art instead.
