The piece was more of an experiment and to test how far I can go when it comes to rendering. I took inspiration from my hair when using huge hair clamps. My hair is not long, but not short, so it creates a pattern on spikes when held up. Along with the cold weather in California, my piece is a girl stylishly cold. I enjoy simplicity and sometimes it is only with simplicity that you are able to see all that is going on.

Whenever I'm in the mood to create, I always come to start a project that really doesn't have to turn out great and is started on a whim. To me, art isn't really about making the best art piece you've ever created or to create something better than someone else. I feel at ease when I create art.
