My portfolio consists of three short pieces that I wrote for my English final that really became closer to a passion project than school work. Our prompt was to write 3-5 vignettes on anything, and to make it abstract and blurry. I have come to find that PTSD can be viewed as something simple, when of course the reality is nothing of the sort. So I decided to write mine around the realism of the mental illness and how isolating and serious it can really be. And to help convey this, each piece follows a unique background and uses a different style of writing.

Expressing my creativity is one of my biggest passions. Finding new ways to express myself and exploring abstract and interesting ways which to find and communicate my complexities is truly freeing. It is the beauty that draws me to the world, and that keeps it always new, interesting, and exciting.
