Observe this Lifetime, is a drawing of me admiring the rotunda of the U.S. Capitol. This piece captures the moments when and where I learn about the history of how it all came to be. I also absorbed the gravity as it would possibly be the only time I ever step foot inside such a rich historical site and experience the famous paintings and statues that connect with history books. I wanted to show that something that seems so far can also be admired from up close.
