While creating this photo, I wanted to emphasize mental health and how it's a constant thing that can harm someone for a long time. The use of long exposure allowed me to create light streaks to make it look like all of her inner thoughts were coming out which ends up creating a monster that watches and follows her around.

By exploring and expressing my creativity I notice small details I wouldn't normally notice in my daily life. It allows me to think differently and see life in a new way. I get a change of perspective that lets me explore contrasting styles and opens more possibilities for me.
